The K-12 Multimedia Contest recognizes K-12 Maryland student winners each year. There are 4 grade level categories for this contest: grades K-2, grades 3-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12. One winner will be selected within each grade level category. Individual or a team of no more than 3 students may submit a digital presentation or video work. Entries must be original and creative and show a superior understanding of the content through the video or digital presentation. The project must be free from grammatical and mechanical errors whether spoken or in print. In addition to the general requirements, video projects will be scored based on cinematography skill while digital presentation projects will be scored based on their use of design elements. See the Multimedia rubric for complete clarification.
